Didn't match my screen. Incorrect instructions. Too technical. Below and to the right of where it says "Orientation", it says "Advanced Settings".
When I click the Troubleshoot tab, it should bring up the option to change my Hardware Acceleration, but it does not. Instead, it says "If your current driver display allows you to change settings, click the button to troubleshoot problems with your computer's display" with a grayed out button underneath that says "Change Settings" I am unable to click this button, it will not let me.
Currently, I am trying to play games I bought and downloaded. I tried installed DirectX from the Microsoft site, but that did not enable these programs. I also tried the dxdiag to enable the programs from that diagnostic, but it would not allow me to do so. I will try to install DirectX again, thank you for your help so far.
