My Personal Review: Just finished going through the entire book in very much detail I will have to admit that martins book is worth 4 stars BUT no more than that. I have my reasons for doing so. Almost all of his chapters have step-by-step instructionswith screen shots for most of the important steps. This ensures that this book will get used by both the MM user and the consultant that configures the application. A detailed index and a glossary make this book more useful Although the glossary is towards the end of the book, I found that it was very helpful to go through the glossary before reading the book.
Cons 1. When it comes to the Technical configuration part This will definitely get the newcomer or midlevel consultant confused and will make him look out for more expert help.
